POLICIES:

• When placing orders with the pro-shop, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. This assists with costs of shipping. 

• Bookings are required for any and all services. 

• No "Same Day" bookings will be accepted.

• When leaving balls to be repaired in the shop, we ask that you take your bags with you after the ball has been dropped off.

• Please remember that you are bowling at machines, cosmetic scratches will appear. Any fresh/ new major damage on your ball that has happened at Strathpine Bowl, will be fixed free of charge.
